They received 15 AP and none of them work perfectly with Android environment.

The same applies to QAD secondary school with 50+ AP.

Have you attempted a factory reset of the device?

Yes we did try the same procedure of factory resetting, reinstalling Google services, update Android OS but when it comes to YouTube application, it gets started to download till 99% and stops like that not completed. We tried a different source APk, it did the same issue. When checking the Apps list, it does not get listed or added to the menu.


What about the device’s firmware, does it need update?Please advise.Thanks and appreciated for your support.
